Where does LUNGE ship and how much does it cost?


We ship worldwide. All domestic orders over $100 have complimentary standard shipping. All domestic orders over $200 will receive free upgraded shipping. International shipping may vary.

When will I receive my order?


Once you place an order, processing time (pre-shipment) is 1-5 business days. Domestic shipping will be shipped via Fedex Ground, and orders above $200 will be shipped via Fedex 2 Day. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information included.

Can I change or cancel my order?


Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to the items being shipped. Any change or cancellation requests should be sent to info@lunge.world with your order number in the subject line.

Can I return or exchange my order?


  • Unused and unworn items, with tags and in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 days. To initiate a return, email us at info@lunge.world with your order number in the subject line. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating with your local post or carrier.
  • Exchanges due to sizing will receive a prepaid shipping label, and must be exchanged within 30 days. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@lunge.world with your order number in the subject line. 
  • All discounted sales are final.

Where are your products made?


All leather goods are made in Brazil. All 925 sterling silver accessories are manufactured in China.

What are the care instructions for the leather goods?


The leather will gain life and develop unique characteristics with everyday (pet)wear. Use warm water and a gentle soap for stains, and a conditioner for longevity.

Can we try on or pick up items in-person?


Visits are welcome and must be scheduled by emailing us at info@lunge.world.

Do you provide gift receipts?


If you are sending your order as a gift, please write to us at info@lunge.world as soon as the order is placed and prior to shipping with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll provide you with a gift receipt.

Are your products recommended for pullers?


Although no pet standards exist, our products have been tested using standards typical for footwear, belts and straps. The Leash paired with the Collar can withstand up to 80 lbs of force. The Leash paired with the harness can withstand 105 lbs of force. Our products are safe for most trained dogs, but are not recommended for heavy pullers.
